FAO vegetarians
Hi! First of all, well done on being awesome. Secondly: what do you people to make sure you get enough of various vitamins or whatever that vegetarians generally tend to not get that much of? After having my blood tested recently I've found out that I'm deficient in vitamin D, iron and B12. I've started taking supplements and don't really mind taking the pills as such, but just wondering if there's any foods you make sure you eat a lot of to get these and other things? I'm aware of like spinach and kale and broccoli and whatnot, and have honestly been eating pretty varied, but clearly haven't been getting enough of this stuff either way.
