Trialled some software for work last week. Trial ran out. Just got the following from one of their reps

Hi Dav[REDACTED],

"I saw that you trialed [REDACTED], but we never got a chance to sync up about the criteria of your evaluation. What conclusions did you come to with regards to your trial?"
