tell me about when you've had shit meals out, what happened?

I don't think i can really remember having any truly terrible ones, maybe i'm just not discerning enough. just like slow service a few times and shit pub food that you order knowing full well it's gonna be shit so it's fine. Anyone had any tampons or something in their food?
