Talk to me about knives
What kind of blades are you rocking in the kitchen these days? Are you one of those "one awesome knife does every job" kind of people, or do you have a specific knife for every occasion?
I have a block of fairly decent knives, and a sharpener I remember to use occasionally, but generally only use the big chopping knife for everything, sometimes the little paring knife too. And the bread knife for bread, but that's a separate category.
Thinking about investing in one good knife. Some type of cleaver thing like James Martin uses on Saturday Kitchen.
