I'm shit at Excel and I need to do stuff with it.

I have a column in a spreadsheet with a big list of blog-style tags (multiple tags for each blog, comma separated) for about 400 article pages for a website. I'd like to be able to filter by each unique tag so that I can see the entire list of articles for a given tag.

Is this possible and, if so, how can I do it?
