How would you rate your home/work fridge for fridge weirdness?

There's a cafe at my work and literally anything they keep in the fridge there tastes really weird even the food is fresh that day. My home one despite being fuckin' rubbish has a very low fridge weirdness ratio, or is that because I'm just used to it? Work one = moderate weirdness, can leave stuff in there a couple days without it tasting slightly weird.

Is this a thing?
