i remember having an argument with an ex-girlfriend about something completely unrelated when she decided to inform me in no uncertain terms that she didn't think dave chapelle was funny and she had been pretending to laugh when i'd shown her his stuff

given the argument was about whether or not we should stay together this was somewhat of a curveball
