running advice (for unfit fat people who hate running)
my gym membership's expired just as i was finally getting into doing exercise (sneaked in today but i don't think that'll fly every day for the next week). also the gym at my new work costs 600 euros a month and i'm not paying that. kinda want to save money by just running in the park, cycling to work and doing some yoga at home. my problem is i just really really struggle with even jogging. i'm not sure if i'm just not pacing myself enough but i really struggle to breathe. i'm not *that* unfit but quite unfit. couch to 5k yeah?
