Why, why, why, Delilah?
Dafydd Iwan has created a bit of a stir by suggesting that Welsh rugby fans shouldn't sing Delilah at matches on the basis it's about someone killing his lover.

Must admit I've always thought this song's popularity slightly odd given the subject matter, but I suppose that's probably down to the tune as much, if not more than, the actual lyrics. And of course the vast majority of rugby fans don't go home and murder their partner after singing it at a game.
It did also strike me that I don't recall it ever being sung at a Welsh (association) football international, so I suppose we can actually take the moral high ground for once.
Thoughts?
