I have gone for:

Parma Ham & Truffle Tunworth Cheese Toast
Chargrilled & peppered Sirloin steak
Buttermilk vanilla Panna cotta with raspberries AND shortbread

Just had a further email asking how I want my steak cooked - debated long and hard about the best way of expressing "rare", eventually said: "Just walk it through the kitchen".
