Not really sure why this guy has left this school but good for him. Shame that a school that's failing Ofsted reports for "not making enough impact on improving achievement" wouldn't hold on to someone clearly trying to make a difference to the pupils in a positive way (even if he was only a supply).
Anyone wanna argue against this? Obviously kids are always gonna be dickheads but this seems like a fairly legit way of trying to stamp down on this.
