i just set up an account with them. took 40 minutes from turning up at their branch without an appointment, to walking out with a bank card and a working account. they're open weekends too and you can use their cards across europe to withdraw cash without any charge. and they have a coin star machine that doesnt charge you anything.
seems silly not to just open an account with them and pop some money into it when you're on holiday to use their cards, or to have it sitting around for when your main bank account's card gets eaten and you want to take out cash
