That you actually vomited from the pain?

Not me, for once, but one of my girlfriend's colleagues did yesterday. Properly bent double on the ground, couldn't speak from the pain, throwing up. They were worried it might be a ruptured appendix or something, but nope. Trapped wind.

Imagine the fart that relieved that. Incredible.
