Been wanting to get some for a while now, as I'm starting to think about my future hearing (or lack of). Gigs, festivals and club nights aren't doing my ears much good and I've started to notice a bit of tinnitus creeping in.

Can anyone recommend any decent ear plugs for gigs etc? I've heard that wax ones are the best.
