I miss going on holiday for a week or two and being completely disconnected. I've just deleted Facebook and Twitter from my phone in an effort to get away from it once I'm away from a PC. The tech 'lifestyle' in general is a bit much sometimes, sat in front of a PC 8 hours a day at work then coming home and finding yourself in front of another.

Saw some tosser on guardian comments yesterday saying shit like be always connected or get left behind, ah fuck off.
