I am going back to uni in January to redo roughly half of my third year. I need to find somewhere to live, so I thought (amongst other things) I'd make an advert and post it on the library/SU noticeboards. However, I'm really struggling to write an ad that doesn't sound like a casual encounters thing on craigslist. Any pointers?
