I'm a big fan of biscuits for cheese. My dad always has a tin of assorted crackers and a box of assorted cheeses in the fridge. So if I've driven down to Dorset for a long weekend, it's nice to indulge when I get down there.

Biscuits for cheese are also a perfect "little extra" on a Boxing Day-style spread. For when you know you don't want any more sandwiches but still fancy something savoury. What better than a couple of biscuits with some cheese on top?
