It's cider season!

Pressed a bunch of apples and gonna get the juice fermenting tonight. Gonna do a gallon of pure apple cider, a gallon of cider with a bit of honey to sweeten/make it stronger and a gallon of spiced apple wine (Andy Hamilton's recipe).

Not a bumper harvest of apples and pears this year, though, eh?
