Anybody got it? Think mine is either a result of abusing those over the counter ear drops (which warn they can cause tinnitus, just use olive oil!) or using shitty ear phones outside all the time from 16 to 20 but then again I never used to have it that loud. It's probably from ear wax problems AND sound abuse.

Mine's only noticeable in silent areas, it changes pitch constantly in my right ear and is a very dull ring in my left. Started noticing it again last night, hence the thread.

I now use decent sennheiser headphones when out to block out noise and keep my ipod halfway locked. Still crank the speakers audibly at home.

Anybody got tips, woes, horror stories etc?
