Sent over some used tablets to our Swiss office to borrow, they've sent them back and just put '5 ipads' or whatever on the customs declaration and now they're trying to charge us £300 in tax. I'm in a queue to speak to someone from HMRC and have almost cried twice on the way here because the HMRC website and phone are cunts. Are they just going to say fine, or am I going to need to go through something ridiculous to get these tablets back without paying the charges that I do not owe?
