Given that there's democracy in action north of the border today, it got me thinking about my interactions with the political system.

I have emailed my MP a few times. Always surprised when I get a response. Maybe not many people nag them?

I tend to mostly email about campaigns to help venues and to change licensing laws. And the NHS. Should probably get as riled up and toss off an email about far more things.

p.p.s. does everyone here hate clicktivism as it's become known or is it just me that thinks it seems irksome, but occasionally it does seem to jostle the people who work for us into action.
