So I've had an idea for a definitely not terrible thread where DiS resolves user disputes via the mechanics of ancient court procedure.

Someone will bring their grievance, and if the accused has a case to answer, they will be put on trial.

Either representing themselves or appointing another to assist them, a prosecution will be laid out by the aggrieved, citing evidence (posts that back them up) and calling STAR WITNESSES (ooooh!).

The defence will then do the same.

Then a jury of 12 random non-biased Dissers will decided on the guilt of the defendant, by this-ing Guilty or Not Guilty posts.

The judgeship will be held by whoever can bothered.

Everyone will shout OBJECTION constantly.

It will be awful.

What can go wrong?
