Gritty Cop v/o: Well, I guess this is it. Quite a fitting end for a washed-up, alcoholic, deadbeat dad, second-rate cop, houseboat-dwelling, shitty excuse for a human being don’t you think? I can’t lie, I needed this like a crack whore needs a desklamp up the ass. I was on to something big, something that would shake this hellhole to its foundations, but I got sloppy, I got in too deep. Oh well, no need to get all sentimental about it. It’s just the perfect end to another shitty day in New Grit City.
