8.30am - 9.15am BBC Breakfast
9.00am - 9.30am Frasier (on channel 4)
9.30am - 10.00am The Wright Stuff (as long as it was actually Matthew Wright, not Richard Madeley or someone). (on channel 5)
10.00am - 11.00am Harry Hill's TV Burp (on Gold)
11.00am - 12 noon if its good episodes of friends on Comedy Central then that if not UK Border Force on Sky Living
12 noon if the Daily Politics is on then that but if not then House on Sky Atlantic
1pm - 2pm BBC News and Reporting Scotland
2pm - 3pm Judge Rinder
3pm - 4pm Star Trek Enterprise on Sky Atlantic
4pm - 5pm Buffy on SyFy
5pm - 5.30pm PM on radio 4
5.30pm - 6.00pm Pointless
6.00pm - 6.30pm BBC News
6.30pm - 7pm Reporting Scotland
7pm - 8pm Channel 4 News
8pm - 10pm if its on then football if not Star Trek next gen on SyFy
10pm - 11pm BBC News
11pm - bedtime newsnight if I'm still interested in the news if not then Sex and the City on sky Living or Celebrity Big Brother.
