Having just got to grips with my Outlook email account at work we have all now moved onto Gmail...

I now have a work and personal profile on Google Chrome - does this mean anything I look at while on my work profile can be accessed by office administrators etc?

Google Drive and Calendar look good, don't understand Hangouts, can anyone tech-savvy give me a rundown on what's changed for me and my emails?
