Decent cheap tablet

My work gave me a Kindle Fire HD for free, but it is pretty shit. No front facing camera for Skype, NO SKYPE, no Google Play, shitty Amazon adverts etc. I am going to sell it on Ebay (~£70) but wish to buy a replacement for the same monies on Ebay.
Contenders are:
Google Nexus 7 (2012)
Samsung Galaxy Tab 3
Asus Memopad

Which is the best one?
