Obviously when you are bang on the drugs you get the fear but I never realised how booze related it can be. I haven't had the fear for ages. I still get drunk but I haven't been mega-anused for ages. Got mega-anused on Saturday which lead to the full on fear come Sunday evening (probably not helped by the criminally depressing Commonwealth Games).
