Like I've learnt that the largely self-governing external Australian commonwealth territory, Norfolk Island, has an aging population, with many young adults choosing to leave the island. Also, despite the fact that 25% of the island is listed as being permanent pasture, there are no permanent farmlands, which frankly I find astounding.
