sodium and health
have been keeping an eye on what i eat to lose weight recently (using myfitnesspal.com, which i recommend) and it seems i eat way too much sodium, despite rarely actually adding salt to stuff on purpose.
like, it says i should have 2300mg of salt per day and i often end up around 3000 or so
is sodium really that big a deal? will i be deaf and on kidney dialysis by the end of the year?
if my blood pressure is otherwise fine, can i have a bit more salt?
seems like the sort of thing that's potentially very important or very unimportant
