With this ridiculous humidity, and constant drilling outside my office I'm running out of things to keep myself sane.

What's your favourite country that doesn't exist any more? I quite like the idea of Gran Colombia (consisting of bits of Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Costa Rica), if only from a football perspective. Plus, just look at this lovely flag:
