I'm viewing a house this evening to rent. What sort of thing should I be looking out for? this is my first move for a couple of years and I don't want to be caught out.

1) Shower strength
2) Smell of damp
3) Decent strength/secure doors and windows
4) Scary looking neighbours

Any other stuff?
