Anyone on here observing Ramadan, or am I widely over-estimating the scale of the DiS demographic? If so, how are you finding it?

If that's not a discussable topic, how long have you ever fasted for and why, and how did you feel about it?

Bonus Ramadan story: My colleague is observing Ramadan and said how hard last weekend was, when they went to a friend's wedding and couldn't share in any of the food or drink. "Aww, that's a shame, who would have known if you'd cheated a little bit?", another colleague said. "Allah", came the very curt reply.
