I've just watched Her (the movie) and I'd say Joaquin Phoenix has quietly come up on Daniel Day Lewis as one of the finest actors of a generation. He was incredible in The Master and I think his other recent films must be worth checking out too?

Not sure what the hell he's up to here though.
