How do you deal with stuff like this? I seem to have found myself in the middle of some kind of bickering political shit which I'm trying to stay out of but can't. Obvs I can't go into details but it's something like this (let's say I am a politically apathetic person in Team A):

Team A do task X. They have done forEVER.

Team B want to take task X away from team A to make shit more efficient and because their responsibilities have been taken away in other areas. Team A want to keep this responsibility and will probs kick off when the subject is dealt with.

I don't give a shit. I just want everyone to fucking get on with their work and be happy. I'm in NO position of power to influence anything and I may have even been the catalyst for this change, inadvertently.
