Not really bothered but on their website there is planned maintenance. Fair enough. Except their customer service numbers instantly disconnect, talked to two online chat guys (a Daniel and an Ollie) and gave my details, but then just got 'chat disconnected' and no further availability. Pretty sure it is just three guys in a room having a total meltdown.
