With all the attention the staff of the Ritzy cinema in Brixton have been getting of late regarding their protest at their being paid below the recommended London Living Wage (£8.80 per hour), I was wondering what people thought our beloved London record stores were paying/should be paying their staff. Should the broad knowledge expected from our record store employees award them a significant wage?
