I'm sitting in a hospital right now. Girlfriend woke up at 3.30 coughing up blood from her recent tonsillectomy. She's in surgery right now so I'm just sitting here on my own. Her parents live in the US. ENT specialist said it's about as much blood as he's ever seen someone cough up. I know this seems maybe a bit much but there's literally no one to talk to and it's too early to call anyone. Phone's about to die. I'm really scared. Have to ring my mum in an hour or so to wish her happy birthday but I just don't know how to do it.
