Training to run a 10k
I've been asked if I want to run a 10k in October.
Right now I do about 2 miles twice a week (Couch to 5k massive represent) and would like to do more, but it takes four days for the pain and swelling in my knees to subside enough to run again.
Is doing a 10k in October realistic? I should see a doctor before my knees fall off, shouldn't I?
