desks, cupboards, flooring; it doesn't even attempt to hide the fact it is wood. there's even a lot of plastic going around pretending to be wood. plus that ghastly lino stuff which has a "wood" pattern printed on to it. "touch wood", all that nonsense, we're a planet utterly obsessed with wood.
