Completely intimidated by gyms
I think I need to join a gym (probably should have a while ago).
Anyone else got an beginners tip? Does it help to go with someone else you know?
Basically my overall worry would be I'd be doing it wrong somehow and people would notice and find it amusing or get annoyed with me. How do I make sure I don't do that and get a good workout?
Any other beginner gym tips?
