Need cumulative advice here. I need a header designed for a website (including logo) and can’t draw for shit, so am outsourcing and have potentially found someone to do it for me. However, he’s asked me for a budget/price point and can’t really seem to find out the ‘going rate’ for this type of thing. He’s not an experience professional, but don’t want to take the mick by offering too low a price.

Can anyone help…?
