Game of Thrones Series 2 Thread

Hi guys,

I finished Series 1 last night. Pretty good, don't want to spoil anything for anyone though some suprises there ;)

What's the easiest/cheapest way of seeing series 2. I have to hand a BluRay player that will connect to Lovefilm/Amazon but (currently no account) and an Apple TV with accounts for Netflix and ITunes.

Can't wait!
