Just called my desk buddy, Erin, a cunt. All in jest, you know, she's not really a cunt, it just seemed amusing in context.

She was genuinely shocked. Turns out no-one has EVER called her a cunt before. She's 27. I think I'd been called a cunt by the age of 7.
