How do you get over seeing something on TV that gives you a mind-fuck?
Sometimes you see something on TV/internet and it's a bit dark/weird, temporarily making you feel depressed/disillusioned for a few days. Is there a quick way to get over this feeling, because I don't like it much.
For the record it was Who Shot Mr. Burns? (Part One). I don't know why, but that episode has a weird effect on me when I watch it.
