note always says they'll take it down to the dump if it's still there by tomorrow, but this never happens. I've been checking.

it's fly tipping, but it's even worse because they probably think fly tipping is beneath them and they think that offering their useless broken shit to passers by makes them a considerate soul. bullshit.

even saw a soiled mattress dumped in the street recently with one of these notes attached to it. one week later, yup still there.
