sometimes i'll grill a couple, use them like bread with ham, lettuce, tomatoes etc inbetweeen.

don't mind them with a couple of eggs on.

or some grated and melted cheese and chopped fresh 'erbs.

had some with bacon and mushy peas before. shouldn't work but it did.

hear, hear for potato waffles, Birdseye or otherwise (i just get the own brand ones, tbh)!
