I don't know what to make of Nev. I think I'd hate him as a boss. He does a lot of stupid macho shit that I'd find insufferable, and ludicrous management shit I'd find tiresome, and occasionally some of the thing's he says and does are very dodgy. Then he goes and does something that seems quite heartfelt and genuinely kind to one of his staff, and I wonder. But maybe he's putting that on for the TV.
