Had some lovely paneer curries last night, and I was thik king yet again that I should probably have a shot at making my own ppaneer (apparently you use about 40 gallons of milk and it winds up being a tiny little lump of paneer. fascinating.)
It's also years since I m\ade maypo or hoummus. I should probalby get my food processor out of storage.
has anybody ever made their own peanut butter?
