Warm, beach, relaxing, doesn't need to have masses of night life or culture. Maybe a nice harbour to stroll into at night for a meal at an alright restaurant.

Last year I went to Supetar in Croatia and it was perfect (Hotel Amor, anyone who wants to go there). But going to the same place two years in a row is boring. So that, but not that, basically.
