Bought some for the first time the other day. Looked up some recipes and it turns out it's a bit tricky making it tasty and you have to stand and stir the bastard for 40 minutes unless you have the quick cook stuff. Luckily I had inadvertently purchased the quick cook stuff although I have yet to cook it. So polenta hey?
